Returns and Exchanges
If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your approval we will happily refund or exchange them.
You will need to notify us within 14 days from despatch date and return them to us at your own expense within the 14 days in their original condition with tags attached and a copy of the receipt.
If you would like to exchange goods please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure availability by putting the item on hold.
Overseas residents are able to return items within 4 weeks from despatch date.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise purchased online.
Life is colour will credit or exchange any merchandise at our own cost that is defective in anyway but we need to be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Please note if you are returning the goods you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Customs & Duty – International Orders
Please note when purchasing from another country, duty may apply to the goods on arrival. You will need to check with your local customs officer to see if you would be liable. As the receiver you may have to pay and not the sender.
Different countries have different limits on the value of packages received from overseas. Marking the package differently makes no difference, as it is calculated on the declared value.
